Breakthrough

Two years after the death of her husband, Harry, in a car crash, Emma Freeman receives a message on her computer that appears to be from him. He says he wants to ‘breakthrough’ – to come back to her. Harry is literally the ghost in the machine. By way of her computer and other electronically-controlled messages, Harry sets up meetings where, he says, she will be able to see him and help him ‘breakthrough’ from the other side. But each time she goes to meet him, she comes under a violent attack. Who – or what – is attacking her? Is it Harry? Or is it some other malevolent force that is using Harry’s psychic connection with her to cause her harm? And why? Before she can discover the truth, Emma lives through a series of terrifying events that force her to confront her demons and finally lay the memory of Harry to rest. Maybe!
